SJWs are angry because Eve from Stellar Blade was chosen as the Best New Character of the Year

The main character of Stellar Blade has once again angered social justice warriors after winning an official Sony poll and being named the Best New Character of the Year. Over 1.6 million players participated in the voting, and Eve beat out candidates like Reina from Tekken 8, Hulkenberg from Metaphor: ReFantazio, Emrik from Dragon Age Veilguard, and others.

Eve's design was criticized for its sexualization even before the game's release, and even after the game launched and received high ratings from players, the opinion of SJWs did not change. On the Resetera forum, Eve's victory is being called a joke, and she is referred to as a sex doll in every post, with users angry that she beat Emrik from Dragon Age.

Is Eve really a well-developed character? I haven't played the game, but from the footage I've seen, she looks like an emotionless sex doll, with her main feature being the complex physics of her breast movement.

Eve's victory as Best Character and Astro Bot's win in the Accessibility category are just ridiculous. Although I haven't played Stellar Blade, maybe there's more to it. Sex dolls aren't characters.

It's no surprise that Eve won the poll. She has almost no personality and can't boast of anything except breast movement and being a dress-up sex doll. This is exactly the type of "values" that people seem to like, even here.

Another topic where people are fuming about Eve, lol. Emrik was beaten by a sex doll. Throw the perverts in jail!

I can't believe that no fanatic incels participated in the poll. And I say this as someone who enjoyed Stellar Blade, but Eve as a character has no depth beyond her appearance.

The insider report claims that remakes of Silent Hill and Silent Hill 3 are already in development by Bloober Team

One insider reports that the Silent Hill 3 remake by Bloober Team is already in development.

According to the insider, the remake of the third installment is codenamed "Project H." It will be created in the style of the Silent Hill 2 remake but will focus more on the survival horror elements. The remake is said to feature a strong narrative. The insider also mentioned that Konami wants to make the Silent Hill franchise big and significant.

Additionally, it is reported that Bloober Team is also working on "Project G," which is currently in the concept stage. It is assumed that both projects are connected and will be released one after the other (in alphabetical order). Users speculate that "Project G" might be a remake of the original Silent Hill, which would make sense given the strong narrative connection between the two games.

The development of Fable was 'monstrously expensive' for Xbox, and it will be released on PlayStation 5," says Jez Corden.

In 2017, Playground Games opened an additional studio to work on the new installment of Fable. This June, the game finally received a release window, with plans for a 2025 launch, though the exact date has not yet been announced.

Prominent gaming insider Jez Corden, who recently reported that Xbox is moving away from full exclusivity for its games, confirmed that Fable is highly likely to be released on PlayStation 5. According to him, the game's development was "monstrously expensive" for Microsoft, making a multiplatform release more realistic as the corporation needs to maximize sales. Corden believes that Fable will "eventually" appear on Sony consoles, but it's far from certain that this will happen simultaneously with the Xbox release.

Earlier, insider Jeff Grubb stated that not all of Xbox's announced games for 2025 will actually be released next year. According to him, some projects are already planned to be postponed to 2026, which is why The Outer Worlds 2 was announced for a 2025 release. His statement was contradicted by another insider, NateTheHate, who claimed that all publicly announced Microsoft Gaming games for 2025 have not been postponed so far.

Fable is currently planned for release on Xbox Series X | S and PC, as well as being available on Game Pass.

Three Xbox games have been announced to have their servers closed in 2025

Every month, Xbox shuts down the servers for a certain number of games. In December, there were 10 such games. For January, three games have already been announced, and now there are additional details about three more projects whose multiplayer on Xbox consoles will completely stop working at the beginning of 2025.

On February 28, 2025, HB Studios and 2K Sports will shut down the servers for two golf games on Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S:

  • The Golf Club

  • The Golf Club 2

Both projects have already been removed from digital stores, and the purchase of in-game currency has been disabled. Until the end of February, you can play them online, after which this functionality will be completely disabled, and many achievements in the games will become unobtainable.

On March 13, 2025, Electronic Arts will shut down the servers for Xbox 360:

  • NCAA Football 14

This 2013 game has remained relevant and popular over the years, as it had no modern alternative. This year, EA Sports College Football 25 was released, meeting the needs of the project's fans.
